Anchored is a teacher-guided, self-led yoga and mindfulness program designed to help you cultivate consistency, calm focus, and groundedness in a noisy world.
Whether you are brand new to yoga, returning after time away, or ready to deepen an existing practice, Anchored is an invitation to return to yourself this summer.
Anchored is informed by ancient yogic practice techniques and principles, and grounded in Gentle Dragon’s trauma-sensitive, autonomy-honoring, sensory-friendly approach.
Over eight weeks, we’ll work with:
Asana, or physical yoga practice
Pranayama, or breathwork
Beginner meditation
Reflection and self-study
Community connection
Celebration
This is not a challenge.
This is not about perfection.
This is a supported return to practice, one breath at a time.
Each week, participants are invited to:
Attend one Anchored Cohort Class
Practice yoga in the studio according to their selected level
Participate in simple meditation and mindfulness practices
Reflect through guided prompts
Continue building consistency one week at a time
Anchored is designed to be mostly studio-based, with simple home-based reflection and practice support.

The Anchored curriculum is presented during two weekly cohort classes that serve as the primary gathering space for participants.
Tuesdays | 6:30 PM – 8:00 PM
Wednesdays | 7:00 PM – 8:30 PM
Students may attend either weekly cohort class.
These classes differ from regular studio classes and include:
